- organization, coordination and accounting of employees' participation in internal and external educational events (seminars, trainings, conferences, courses);- support in events organization;- administrating the foreign language learning process for employees: organizing groups, negotiating with providers, control visiting, testing employees, etc.;- document management: drafting orders, preparation applications and informational letters, payment invoices, approval agreements, communication with contractors, etc.;- material and technical support of educational events (coffee breaks, office equipment, etc.);- preparation of monthly analytical reports.

- research and recruit personnel to the Kiev outlets, other regions; hiring linear personnel in Head Office;- negotiations with potential candidates;- individual and group interviews, organization and coordination of interviews with management;- gather feedback and conclusions regarding the candidates based on the results of the interviews;- Maintain candidate databases;- preparation approval forms, job offers, other documentation; coordination internal transfers of employees.

Provide all members and guests with a warm and efficient welcome, working with VIP clients, providing the office with inventory and office equipment, coordinating and controlling the work of the club, preparing reports, organizing holidays and development classes schedule.

Acceptation of telephone calls, preparation of payment documents, statement duplicates, certificates of customer accounts, work with cash day-documents, make reports, archiving old documents.
