Talent Support Coordinator & Manager
Current• Manage team of talent support analysts in delivering efficient and high-quality onboarding and offboarding services, and ensure processes remain in compliance with various guidelines, data integrity is maintained and SLAs are met• Collaborate and liaise with various stakeholders and HR COEs• Resolve escalations with hiring managers, and manage a variety of vendors• Lead daily meeting to provide executives with status updates and recommendations• Hired and trained a new team of talent support analysts• Provide regular feedback, conduct weekly tag-ups, facilitate goal-setting sessions and deliver performance evaluations• Develop and revise documentation and reference guides, and facilitate regular training sessions• Identify and troubleshoot problem areas and gaps in processes, and recommend and implement enhancements• Act as audit liaison throughout multiple, simultaneous and successful audits• Presented goals and accomplishments to multiple departments throughout the organization
