• Ensure on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines, handled 5flights per day• Ensure catering preparation of flight in accordance with the Airline loading manual and packing list• Supervising and directing the loading of food and serviceware, briefing to crew on board the aircraft• Directing LSG catering partner with vehicles on RAMP to ensure smooth and efficient service to provide seamless service• Observe Operational safety and Food safety hazards with preventative actions
