Drafted office documents, flyers, sales books, brochures, mailings, and other advertising media. Assisted with hiring by creating job listings, scheduling interviews, and interviewing candidates. Worked with the Executive Officer and other community members and partners to create PowerPoint presentations for educational meetings and lectures regarding air conditioning systems and whole home generators. Scheduled meetings and communicated with staff, customers, and network partners on a daily basis in person, over the phone, and via email.

Managed Billing, Engineering, Sales, Support, Install, and Cabling Tech staff for installing hurricane-ready business telephone systems.
