•New product development management involving both internal and external partners on prototyping and pre-release manufacturing activities. •Supply chain management of domestic and international suppliers covering commodities that include application specific standard product integrated circuits, application specific integrated circuits, FPGA, memories, discrete components, CPU’s, hard disk, printed circuit boards and circuit card assemblies, plastics parts, sheet metals and electro-mechanical assemblies. •Familiar with Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA), parts qualification requirements and procedures, electronics components, failure analysis techniques. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiment (DOE), Lean Sigma Green Belt, FAI process/review.•Manufacturing experience in semiconductors fabrication, circuit cards assembly manufacturing processes and electro-mechanical assemblies. •Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with good people skills and highly dependable work ethics.•Multi-cultural experience working with international and domestic suppliers. Fluent in English, Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and Malay.•Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
