I work closely with internal stakeholders to supply archival content, information, and experiences for both the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and the Harley-Davidson Museum. I manage the Museum’s Google Arts & Culture presence and organize much of the archives’ efforts in historical storytelling through multiple internal and external channels.I oversee the organization and cataloging of the archives’ collections (vehicles excluded) located at the Harley-Davidson Museum. I assist with strategizing collecting initiatives and accessioning corporate and public acquisitions to the archives. I am currently leading efforts for preservation and inventorying of digital records and resources, and co-leading the transition to a new CMS (particularly data review, mapping, and process evaluation).

Contractor for the Records and Information Centre at BC Housing. Working as part of the SharePoint migration team, I assisted with analysis for system migration and planning, and worked with stakeholders to identify new file structures and areas for potential records clean up. In addition, I provided user support for the existing electronic records management system including file creation and user security, created how-to guides and informational videos for the records and privacy groups, and assisted with physical filing.

Research assistant for “Research for librarianship: A study of Canadian iSchool faculty output." My involvement includes running searches and gathering content for analysis and data extraction, facilitating coding by research team and coding of 400+ articles myself and, some data analysis.

Summer co-op working in the Records Information Centre (RIC). I assisted with electronic records management, including troubleshooting errors, creating new user accounts, creating new electronic folders, and training guides for how to use the electronic records system. I assisted with identifying metadata for the creation of new SharePoint sites. In addition, I created informational videos about records management and privacy, and I oversaw a small portfolio of semi-active physical and digital records, preparing them for off-site storage and retention.
