Manages the custodial contract for the University Union and WELL Facilities on California State University Sacramento campus. Observes both facilities daily and partners with applicable management and staff. Monitors to maximize cleanliness to the required contractual cleaning standards, which includes communicating regularly with stakeholders for feedback. Executes monthly facility walkthroughs with custodial site supervisor to review cleaning standards, routines, projects, equipment. Follows up with items as necessary. Manages the procurement process for facilities projects in both buildings, including gathering bids, creating purchase orders, scheduling, and tenant communication. This includes managing the user database and credentials issued for each facility, creating user groups, scheduling timing of lock/unlock functions on offices and running reports to monitor access. Partners with campus locksmiths on repairs to electronic lock components and cut key door cylinders. Creates, manages, and is responsible for annual operating budget for the custodial department.Participates in and contributes in the strategic planning process to create a plan for custodial and access control.Participates as a member on the Campus Sustainability Committee. Manages all sustainability efforts for both buildings. Manages the corporate annual repair and replacement project schedule for the organization, tracking purchases, budget, and timeline. Assists with coordination efforts on projects that require Facilities resources. Conducts quarterly meetings with all project stakeholders for status updates.
