Its establishment reflects an extensive process shaped by my accumulated market insights over the years, addressing challenges tied to the substantial volumes of coffee grounds generated by industry stakeholders.

I also oversaw brand development, marketing, and product diversification, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risks in the ever-evolving landscape. Guided by a commitment to sustainability, I cultivated a positive corporate culture and built high-performing teams to achieve long-term success, even during the pandemic. In addition to this, I reported to the group and spearheaded budgeting and forecasting, playing a key role in all aspects of finance management for sustained success.

Coffee Zone was founded in 2003 as a consultancy and training company, focusing on barista training and offering consultancy services to the growing coffee industry in Poland. The company was affiliated with the renowned CEE coffee retailer, Coffee Heaven Group, before eventually becoming an independent entity again. Over time, Coffee Zone expanded its offerings to include coffee products and machines and eventually transformed into a leading speciality coffee roastery. The journey concluded with the company's acquisition by the global coffee group Julius Meinl Group.

American Chinese Food fulfilled my dream of establishing an Asian food delivery restaurant, specializing in serving dishes authentically presented in previously unavailable traditional folded takeout containers. The restaurant exclusively operated in delivery mode, catering to households and offices. My business partner and I played a pivotal role in building the company from scratch, overseeing all aspects from establishment to menu development and the business operations model. I departed two years after the initial launch.
