I received a Masters Degree in occupational therapy from Rush University. I have been surrounded by occupational therapists my entire life, having grown up with an older sister with developmental and intellectual differences. I have seen first-hand how instrumental occupational therapists are in increasing an individual’s well-being and participation in all that life has to offer.I am passionate about pediatric rehabilitation and have specialized knowledge and training in evaluation and intervention of feeding challenges, trach/vent dependency, TBI, splinting and casting, and neurological conditions. I am passionate about community service, volunteering with and leading several community programs. I believe as individuals and professionals, one of the most important aspects of life is service to the community you live in. I plan to continue in my path of pursuing service and social justice advocacy.
