I aim to carry my passion for environmental justice and community-building into the professional, personal, and community-oriented facets of my life, while trying to support others who want to do the same. I graduated with a B.Sc. Environmental Science, and am now pursuing agronomy certification. At the same time, I am managing urban agriculture initiatives at a local food security organization, with the goal of using popular education to increase social connectivity, autonomy, and access to fresh produce. My involvement in organizing over the years has provided me with a range of experience, from planning campaign strategy and tactics and advocating for justice, to developing structures and strategies for community groups and creating community spaces that promote exchange. Outside of work, I prioritize nurturing spaces for connection, healing, and growth, as well as finding ways to move resources in support of social movements and groups led by BlPOC (Black and Indigenous people, and people of colour).
