Program Leader at State Transformation Program with SCERT & JEPC, Jharkhand; Lead the project "Sampoorna" in the capital city of Ranchi, Jharkhand. The consortium of organizations (Dream a Dream, Kaivalya Education Foundation, Quest Alliance, IDInsight, Porticus and Sattva) have designed a Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programme called “Project Sampoorna” being implemented in Jharkhand with the aim to develop key Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) skills, Life skills (and other co-academic skills) within each child in the education system to enable them to become responsible adults and citizens to our country. The programme aims to embed SEL practices and lens within the education system through providing support on existing initiatives and ensuring effective implementation of Health and Wellness Curriculum and ensure each stakeholder in the system possesses knowledge, tools and understanding to further the goal of the SEL.

DIDI Program is hosted by the District Administration of Palwal District in Haryana.The 2-month rich volunteering experience is an opportunity for women who are interested in their personal growth as well as to contribute towards the upliftment of young girls belonging to a section of society where they don’t get to interact with a lot of independent women.
