I graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2015 having earned a BS degree in Social Work and a BS in Recreational Therapy. I worked as a Recreation Therapist in a residential behavioral health setting at the Pittsburgh Veterans Affairs Medical Center from October 2016 to October 2019, before accepting my current role with VA Pittsburgh as the Employee Wellness Coordinator. I also serve as an acting member of the Professional Advisory Group for the Clinical Chaplain Education Program, a member of the VA Pittsburgh Whole Health steering committee, and the VISN 4 Whole Health committee. Outside of my current duties I present on various healthcare related topics to students and professionals.
