- Working to improve accessibility to robust NLP by making LLM feedback, datasets and data-curation open-source- Writing tutorials and end-to-end examples using the AI Feedback framework Distilabel and Argilla UI, to be included with official documentation. Tasks demonstrated include: • Creating a pipeline to generate synthetic preference datasets for fine-tuning LLMs • DPO fine-tuning of the Phi-2 small language model (created by Microsoft)- Worked (as part of a personal project) to enable support for Pydantic V2 on codebase- Began work on a potential feature to support drag-and-drop addition of files via UI to local database

Organize and teach a supplemental instruction section for General Chemistry I, assisting Dr. Debamita Paul and furthering the Department of Chemistry's student support efforts. Responsibilities involve:- Creating supplemental course material (PPTs etc).- Hosting weekly instruction sessions both in-person and on Zoom (one session on a weekday and one on a weekend, per week), for a class of 30 students in Spring (goes up to ~60 students in Fall).- Preparing exam review materials (review sheets, practice exams with key, etc). Also take a feedback survey every quarter in order to keep learning, improving and augmenting my SI section.

Work with the Math Lab in the Department of Mathematics, providing student support services for courses ranging from College Algebra and Math for Business, to Calculus II.

- Wrote, published and successfully marketed two in-series novels to achieve 13,000+ ebook downloads and bestselling status on Kindle Store.- As a 15-year-old, built a newsletter from scratch using platforms like StoryOrigin and email services like Mailchimp, to achieve ~1000 subscribers at peak.- Collaborated actively on newsletter swaps, email marketing campaigns and joint promotions with established authors to build a reader community; engaged regularly with newsletter subscribers.- Sought to incorporate complex character development, philosophical and thought-provoking themes as well as well-researched futurism in novels. As a dedicated author, always remained on a learning curve in order to learn how to best serve the reader community's needs.
