Project title:- Productivity in blast furnaceDuring my project training on "Productivity in Blast Furnace" at Vizag Steel Plant, I visited different departments of Blast furanace like BHS,PCI,cast house,SGP,GCP etc.I closely observed raw material preparation, charging methods, tapping, temperature control, and more.I learned about various factors which enhances blast furnace productivity. Additionally, I developed essential soft skills like communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork while collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Driven by a passion for education, I have mentored students up to Grade 12, helping them achieve academic success and personal growth while unlocking their full potential.

During vocational training, I gained comprehensive insights into the iron and steel manufacturing process, covering key stages from Raw Material Handling Plants (RMHP) and coke ovens to sinter plants, blast furnaces, Steel Making Shops (SMS), and the casting of billets and blooms.
