Additionally to my regular duties I am responsible for mentoring on new engineers, planning readiness path for engineers in my region and delivering trainings for them. As a member of EMEA Technical Leads team I am involved in planning and designing new services for Microsoft Premier.

Premier Field Engineers are people responsible for onsite support for Microsoft Premier customers. We are supporting customers in case of critical incidents. We are responsible for helping our customers optimize their IT infrastructure. We are delivering deep technical trainings, helping customers acquire knowledge necessary to get most benefits from Microsoft software and run IT systems with high availability and best performance.

Designin and implementation of IT Infrastructure Solutions for external companies.

My role was to ensure the stable operation of services hosted for Vattenfall business group. This includes design, deploy, maintenance, and optimization of services. I was also responsible for analyze and resolve end user issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end user training where required.

I was a subcontractor for Microsoft Technical Support.Focused on providing technical support to users of Microsoft products.
