Kamil is an experienced M&A / private equity professional with over 15 years of investment banking / private equity international background. His expertise covers the whole investment cycle from deal origination through execution as well as portfolio management, reporting and supervisory board assignments.In his position as an Investment Director with MDIF, Kamil was responsible i.a. for 1) evaluation of new investment opportunities, 2) structuring, negotiations and closing of new transactions, capital increases, loan financing and equity sales, 3) working with portfolio companies, monitoring performance and advising on strategy and identified challenges and 4) coordinating an international team of Investment Analysts / Officers.Through his years as an investment banker, based in London, Amsterdam and subsequently in Warsaw, Kamil completed approx. 40 local and cross-border M&A / Corporate Finance buy- and sell-side advisory engagements, with a focus on EV EUR 25-300m transactions, covering TMT (software, media, related digital services and products), FMCG (consumer business and retail / distribution), industrial manufacturing and healthcare.Since the beginning of his career, Kamil has been heavily involved in a number of extracurricular activities, including human resources, recruitment, mentoring and impact investing / social context.Kamil holds an MSc in Financial Analysis from the Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, an MA in Economics from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and is currently based in Warsaw, Poland.
