• Analysis of In-house Taxation files received from client and making changes & updating Taxsupport files accordingly.• Preparing work papers of In-house Tax Corporations, High net -worth individuals and Tax Returns -1120,1040-NR, 1120-S Corp,1116, 5471, 8858 and 990 Trust returns.• Directly coordinating with US Team related to work deliverables and completing them within the stipulated Time frame.• Co-ordinating with the US Team for IRS Tax payments related to extensions, Payments and other financial information.• Keeping updated of internal Tracker in Tax Dept.

• Critical analysis of client trial balances to prepare final, financial work papers and theorganizational structure to prepare tax forms.• Vigilantly follow company compliance procedures and for completing technical aspects ofthe role, such as, acquisitions, mergers, and liquidations• Preparing International Tax Returns- 5471, 5472, 8858, 1120, 1118, 8832(US Taxation) for Corporations, controlled foreign Corporations, Partnerships and Disregarded entities by making financial analysis of data as per IRS standards.• Coordinate with international teams, including US, to complete projects within a set timeframe. • Assist with supervision of other employees and providing training to new hires.• Apply specialist knowledge around US Taxation in the areas of accounting concepts andevaluation oftaxable income for clients.
