CurrentAs the leader of ERP system development, my responsibilities include:* Ensuring the development and advancement of the ERP system within the company by providing technical project leadership, selecting the solution architecture, and determining the technological stack.* Managing the project plan, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and budgeting. This also involves resource allocation to support changes and enhance product quality.* Handling personnel matters such as recruitment and dismissal, fostering effective communication, and facilitating training initiatives.* Establishing and enforcing quality standards for development, CI/CD practices, and documentation. Additionally, overseeing incident priority management based on automated testing methodologies.* Maintaining ongoing communication with clients or business representatives to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations.* Developing budget plans and closely monitoring expenses, primarily consisting of payroll, software procurement, and server costs.* Compiling project status reports, progress updates, expenditure reports, and other relevant metrics. Managing project documentation, including technical documentation, requirement specifications, and other necessary materials for development and future support of the ERP system.
