I am passionate about advancing health equity, promoting diversity in nursing and healthcare management, and improving patient outcomes for all communities. My work centers on addressing healthcare disparities, especially within underserved populations.I am proud to co-found and serve as an Executive Board Member of the Hmong Nurses Association Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, where we advocate for the Hmong American community and other minority groups in healthcare. I am committed to creating culturally appropriate healthcare research that tackles data gaps affecting health outcomes in marginalized communities. My goal is to continuously drive healthcare innovation and equity, ensuring that diversity is at the forefront of leadership and decision-making in healthcare.
