The regulatory agency for the Lake Tahoe basin required a series of visual simulations and other measures to be applied to all site development projects. The Lake Tahoe office planned, prepared and analyzed the visual impacts of proposed projects for their clients and worked with them to help reduce any negative visual impacts.
