-Making sure classrooms were clean and toys were organized-Engaging with the children in free play and crafts -Changing children's diapers three to four times a day-Creating a daily schedule for the children and other staff in the room to follow for an organized classroom-Creating a safe and inclusive classroom for the children and the parents

- Coordinate daily tasks and duties for volunteers within the food and clothing market- Assisting and educating community members through the food market and advising on available food choices-Implemented the new “easy to open food items” that assist homeless people with food options that allow for easy storage and access-Organize and clean Food and Clothing Market areas daily to support a sanitized and safe area for the public -Creating a safe, inclusive positive environment for all community members and volunteers

-Assisting community members through the food market-Logging in all donations brought to Hope House, as well as putting them away in the correct spots or storage space -Assisting community members with any questions they have in both the food and clothing market -Helping sort through clothing donations from what is good and what is not-Keeping both the food and clothing markets clean and organized

-Assisted customers with any questions or concerns that they may have regarding products sold at Walmart-Help customers locate merchandise in the store and how to find online-Work with sales floor team members to make sure shelves are stocked and faced nightly-Communicate openly with team members and department managers about work efficiency and how to continue to improve the experience for customers
