Signal Hill and Sagent Advisors have in March of 2018 combined to create DC Advisory, a Daiwa Securities Affiliate. I co-founded and lead the India operations of Signal Hill, now DC Advisory.

Director in the Lead Advisory (i.e. investment banking) division of Ernst & Young in India, responsible for TMT M&A in South India. Led and closed a large number of M&A and PE/VC private placement transactions in a wide range of sub-sectors in the TMT space (e.g. IT Services, BPO, Software, Internet and Education).

Manager in the Corporate Finance division of Deloitte, focussing on the TMT sector. Initially joined Arthur Andersen in June of 2000 which subsequently merged with Deloitte in the Netherlands. Closed several M&A transactions and PE / VC fundraises and developed a network of relationships amongst European TMT companies.

Traineeship followed by a 12 month stint in the commercial banking department providing senior and junior debt facilities to several leading Dutch corporates and 18 month stint as AVP in the Corporate Finance / Leveraged Finance division, where I provided leveraged loans to several leading Dutch corporates and leading European PE houses.
