As part of my role, I review hundreds of documents for Data Subjects Requests (DSAR).I manage a project regarding vendor negotiations and related data queries in regard to supplier terms, conditions and contracts. Alongside my studies and positions of responsibility, I participated (through Flex) in a large-scale document review project involving thousands of Polish and English documents. I successfully analysed and coded documents based on the presence of personal information, while working under time pressure. In turn, I extracted the crucial information, due to my close attention to detail developed through analysing legal cases at university. I effectively and professionally communicated with the internal and the external teams to raise queries on potential uncertainties, which led to the high accuracy of the review and additional guidance for other Paralegals. This resulted in a promotion to conduct Quality Checks. As a customer advisor, I regularly provided excellent and appropriate advice to customers regarding the best products available at the store, thus I provided solutions to their enquiries. I asked questions unique to each customer to provide professional advice but also ensured that shoppers enjoy their time spent at the store. Interacting in this way refined my interpersonal skills and ability to take a client-focused approach, whilst developing my emotional intelligence. I always ensured that the customers are aware of the current offers available, which provided the shoppers with an incentive to return to the store in the future, which subsequently increased the store’s revenue. Communicating with customers in such a manner led to greater trust and a loyal clientele. When working on the perfume section, I examined customers' preferences and got to know them in order to find the perfect perfume suitable to their wishes. Working in this manner increased my analytical and logical thinking, improved my ability to ‘think on my feet’ and my ability to persuade others more effectively. Whilst working as a customer advisor I dealt with different types of customers and therefore adapted my behaviour to suit the situation. Such manner led to a greater awareness of body language, which is significant since it makes up a great part of how we communicate with others.
