I lead a newly founded department at diconium data, which kickstarts early stage product development, either in-house through our Data Product Factory or with clients through our Discovery Collabs.

I had been experimenting with VR and working on grasping AI for some time, and now at diconium, I am bringing my understanding of all things data to a new level: From understanding the differences between ML, computer vision and NLP, to setting up solid data pipelines, or properly prompting generative AI to speed up my creative process. And - I am learning.

Through Femtec, I coach a cohort of ~25 Femtec stipends - female master students in different STEM fields - during their 4-month part-time program Innovation Lab.

In this role, I coach one team at a time during their 3-month full-time program Fieldstudy Fellowship. The main goals are to hypothesize and validate the team's value proposition through lean research and experiments.

In my 3 years as full-time freelancer, I could take on bigger assignments. The most important one was the creation of UNLOCK, for which Kannika and me researched, designed, pivoted and scaled wikimedia's first accelerator program.

As Mobisol matured, I took on more and more side gigs to advocate for service design & social entrepreneurship as workshop organizer, curriculum designer, public speaker and author.

In the early founding days, I looked for ways to cross-finance our start-up. Co-coaching design thinking workshops were a lucrative side-hussle and I realized I am actually quite good at it. I took on more training around experiential learning and facilitation and kick-started my coaching career a bit by accident.
