Current• Administrate the daily tasks in running the national corporate office – answering phone calls and emails from parents and teachers about the programs, practices, and policies of the company• Manage the rosters for nearly 400 teachers, handling drops, transfers, adds, and failed or duplicate enrollments• Execute monthly and seasonal audits for support fees, records verification, insurance policies, regional meetings, etc.• Generate, edit, and send out monthly company-wide newsletters• Perform customer service for prospective and participating parents, as well as all teachers• Create and print checks in QuickBooks for bi-monthly pay roll, materials refunds, and company vendors• Manage several company projects, including editing and proofreading various publications, helping with planning annual Symposium, etc.
