As a research manager/health economist at IHE I have been working with health economics modeling projects for early stage decision making and for reimbursement purposes, I have also worked with RWE studies using Swedish registry data.

PhD-candidate in health economics. Thesis title: Broadening the perspective in economic evaluations of infectious diseases.The topic of my thesis was the conceptualization of the societal perspective with applications in evaluations of infectious diseases. My studies involved health economic modeling of infectious diseases, and the estimation of societal costs form registry data.

Collected secondary data for the sub-national burden of disease study of the Stockholm County in cooperation with the Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation. Writing of the sub-national burden of disease report, and participated in training in the methods of the Global Burden of Disease project.

Interned at the Enquiry Service at the Swedish Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Assessment of Social Services. Assessed the effectiveness of colorectal cancer screening options

Developed, collected and presented survey results aimed towards the organizations within the CAN umbrella network.

After basic training I served as a peacekeeper in two different locations with a deployment time of six months each, exclusive preparatory training. I was part of an eight man team as a Scout/Rifleman in Kosovo & as a Rifleman in Afghanistan. My tasks involved working as a team in high-pressure settings where we completed tasks under time pressure. The nature of the deployment required communication over cultural and language barriers.
