Over the years, I've observed some of the most talented individuals I've worked with leaving the agency side due to feeling undervalued and restricted by processes and internal bureaucracy, which often overshadowed creativity.With less-studio, our goal is to change this and reconnect with the incredible individuals who still believe in the craftsmanship of design and development. We aim to create an environment where outcomes, trust, and mutual respect form the foundation of our collaborations.After almost 15 years at ustwo, it was time to refocus on the JFDI spirit once again.
