Joined 48.3 and started my journey with scaffold design. I started with drafting scaffolds design drawing based on information taken during site visits or sent by client and progressed to doing calculations check, managing of the projects and liaising with clients. I have done various projects for multiple clients providing internal and external scaffolds designs, solutions for lifting beams, independent access scaffolds, temporary roofs, façade retentions, cantilever loading bays, ducts or pipe supports, edge protections.

- Assisting projects from design to construction, managing drawings and information between consultants and subcontractors.- Designed 3 sump covers; design included steel angles and concrete lintels considering all technical and architectural constraints. I specified products to use and supervised construction. - Working closely with project managers I am responsible for some project areas to ensure construction as per drawings and meeting agreed dates. - Staying in touch with our subcontractors and consultants and managers to make sure all parties have a good understanding of priorities, design and technical part of the project, including solving problems on site or getting an advice from consultants.- Setting out structures based on drawings using total station and leveling equipment.

-Drew reinforcement for different structural elements, such as: walls, columns, slabs and beams in multi-storeys building accordingly to the guidelines given by an engineer. -There I got detailed knowledge about reinforcement locations and requirements as well as improved my AutoCAD skills working on BWCAD software on AutoCAD.

I was helping during several summers in the family company which sales and install garage doors, doors and windows. Apart of the typical responsibilities of an office coordinator I was also preparing technical documentation for clients and subcontractors. My the most important input to the company was introducing email reminders for clients to enable them to prolong their warranty which increased our intakes and strengthened our rapport. I have also initiated the change from paper accounts to digital, which made information more accessible for staff.
