My activity also includes broadly understood cyber security of the employer's IT resources, which translates into a lack of incidents over the years.Key tasks:Managing all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its continuity, development and constant maintenance. Supervision over ensuring the IT security of the LOTTE Wedel business1. Planning the availability and capacity of the IT infrastructure, supervising its life cycle in accordance with the requirements of the LOTTE Wedel business2. Initiating and implementing processes of continuous improvement and adaptation of infrastructure and IT services to the changing needs of LOTTE Wedel3. Verification of compliance of the IT environment with the best ICT security standards4. Participation in key projects for the LOTTE Wedel business in the area of IT infrastructure, digital transformation, secure development of technologies and services of the IT Department5. Designing a model of user support and maintenance for newly implemented systems, including planning and supervising the training program6. Organization of the work of the internal team and cooperation with suppliers of selected IT technologies7. Planning, implementation and control of the implementation of the IT Infrastructure budget, cost optimization8. Creating and using solutions compliant with the requirements of internal partners, technological standards, ICT security, and best practices9. Cooperation with the management of IT units and the entire business10. Taking care of employees' development by providing feedback and selecting adequate development activities

- Supervise and provide support for the services provided by IT Department in the second and third line (virtualized environments, local and wide area networks, databases, directory services, Exchange mail system, IT security, telephony and business applications;- Participation in projects and initiatives for the development of infrastructure and IT services;- Building awareness of the importance of change management in IT infrastructure;
