•Working on Sewer projects: management of projects from Preliminary Design Reports till handover. Draft sketches, tenders, specification documents as well as construction drawings preparation. Advising client on the best method of work. Involvement in discussions between client and developer and any other 3rd parties like Wolverhampton City Council (Darlington Street), Doctors Surgery (Black Prince Avenue), with BAE (Featherstone Prison), and local police (Ilkeston). •Working on Clean Water projects: complex involvement in the feasibility and design phase. Checking for possible risks, proximity to utility services and traffic sensitivity. Locating trial holes, boreholes, topographical and radar surveys. Drawing preparation and discussions with 3rd parties like British Water Ways (canal crossing), private land/business owners, Forestry Commission, National Grid (high pressure pipe crossing) etc.•Pricing/Construction drawings – full design from detail connection fittings and cross connections to working method throughout the scheme •Risk and Contingency Plans – complex document providing information on valves to be closed or open , location of hydrants to be monitored during construction phase and properties affected by the work.•Design Risk Assessments – risk involved in design phase like ground contamination, groundwater identification, utility crossings, •Risk Registration – risk involved with work on site phase like road closure delays, third party delays (business compensations, private land consultations, railway/canal/river crossings)•Carbon foot print calculations •Traffic Management Act spreadsheets •Full consultation with Natural England, English Heritage, Forestry Commission and Historic Environment & Archaeology Service where appropriate •Knowledge of Construction and design management regulations
