CurrentDirect the centralized learning and development function inside TMS (HR). Collaborate with executive, and companywide stakeholders to develop, design, deliver and evaluate integrated learning strategies for team members that build capabilities to advance the organization's purpose, core values and achieve professional development goals.• Lead the strategy, as well as the day to day implementation of unified organizational L&D programs, focusing on new member onboarding, product knowledge, compliance, and organizational specific business priorities.• Create programs and initiatives that support the strategy for company culture and leadership development.• Building a global Center of Excellence with the Global Learning Development team, designed to provide learning support across Whole Foods Market. This team includes Program Managers and Learning Experience Designers who partner with regional counterparts and support organizational learning initiatives. • Design global learning programs that reduce redundant initiatives in the field and deliver more value to learners.
