About Klaus Dickgiesser

Klaus is lead architect for SAP Cloud ALM cross architecture and foundation topics, and lead architect for SAP Support Technology Cloud Services, He has more than 25 years experience in IT business, 20 years in project management, software architecture and software design. In his current role Klaus is responsible for the core architecture definition of SAP’s new product SAP Cloud ALM, based on cloud native development principles, and responsible for the architecture of SAP Solution Manager extensions running in the cloud.He holds diploma in electrical engineering / communication technology from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. In his previous roles Klaus was responsible for the implementation of several key applications in SAP Service Marketplace and SAP Support Portal, project lead and architect for SAP Business ByDesign ITSAM, product owner and architect for Change Request Management in SAP Solution Manager.
