• Responsible for forest operations (silviculture, forest road construction, and maintenance, harvesting and timber transportation) of an area with 36,000 hectares of Eucalyptus plantations.• Forest planning (strategic, tactical and operational planning).• In charge of the certification process Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).• Environmental Management (responsible for commercial cutting permits acquisition and environmental monitoring plans).• In charge of the forest protection program (fire management and pest and disease control).• Timber procurement (negotiation of more than 4 MM of m3 of Eucalyptus).

• Responsible for timber transportation, loading operations, and timber supply. • Construction and maintenance of forest roads and wood yards.• Operational planning. • Monthly Rolling forecast preparation and control. • Annual Budget and cash cost management.

• Management of a forest-based expansion project in Mozambique, including feasibility studies for Eucalyptus forests implementation in concession areas, team dimensioning, budget elaboration, physical-financial planning, potential suppliers identification, and negotiation with the Mozambican Government.• In Brazil, responsible for the land leasing, land acquisition, and timber procurement sector. All the wood negotiated came from controlled sources (controlled wood) according to the sustainable forest management practices and the FSC regulation. Negotiation, analysis and contract management.
