During a 2 month Hypercare phase any short-comings or customer challenges were resolved. Design of a sustainable solution post SWITCH for Business Model co-ordination in BASF with establishing a global service unit, proactively supporting future decisions of operating units and managing exceptions.

Global Integration team lead for Supply Chain Management Leading and coordinating more than 50 integration and carve out projects (6 team members, 1 - 1.5m€ budget). BASF-wide representative of global functional Supply Chain Management as corporate Gatekeeper. Experience from idea generation, through transactional design, Due Diligence and contract negotiations to implementation beyond Go live. Global Integration team lead Supply Chain Management coordinating all Supply Chain activities during smaller and larger integration or carve out transactions (Ciba, Becker Underwood, Archroma, Siegfried, Akzo Nobel, Verenium, etc.). Global Lead Supply Chain Management during Cognis integration (3.1b€ transactional volume from 2010-2012) ensuring process integration and business continuity with successful organizational integration into BASF business and regional units managing >120 team members.
