Overall responsible for execution of laboratory automation projects in a department with 20 – 30 employees (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Application Engineers and Chemists).· Responsible for the timely delivery of projects and services worth several million Euro on a yearly basis· Lead a LEAN project that improved the order start process of a large amount of projects on a yearly basis. The project improved the quality in the handover of information and reduced the time spent on the process· Lead a LEAN project that improved the assembly of a number of industrial robots per year resulting in a reduction of wasted time· Oversaw the standardization of the handling of more than 30 products for industrial sampling, sample preparation and analysis· Handled yearly performance and development reviews thereby setting goals and evaluating performance for 20-30 employees

Overall responsible for execution of control systems projects in a department with 20 – 25 employees (Project Managers, Project Engineers and Commissioning Engineers).· Changed the organisation and introduced dedicated project managers resulting in a clearer division of responsibilities· Lead a standardization project that changed the procedure for the yearly procurement of more than 250 electrical cabinets thereby reducing the work needed by more than 50%· Handled yearly performance and development reviews thereby setting goals and evaluating performance for 20-25 employees· Project manager for Industrial Automation projects with clients in Denmark and Great Britain
