-Klaus Larsen bought his first apartment building in Denmark at the age of 21, renovating every single one of the 13 apartments in it, in less than three years. -At the age of 32, Klaus immigrated to the United States with his tools and $300 in his pocket to live the American Dream. -By 1998, Klaus was able to start his own home improvement business. Thus, becoming a roofing-only company in 2010 and Owens Corning’s first Platinum Preferred Contractor in Connecticut. He grew his company from the ground up and soon began dreaming of a better roofing system available across the nation.-In 2014, after meeting Larry Janesky, Klaus enrolled in Larry's School of Entrepreneurship. Klaus and Larry started Klaus Roofing Systems, the nation's premier network for skilled roofing contractors who have a passion for customer service and quality work. -Today, Klaus is still as dedicated to his business, as he was in 1998. Without his co-owner, Larry Janesky, his dedicated employees, and customers, he wouldn’t be where he is today. Klaus' attention to detail and Old World craftsmanship have earned him a reputation for helping to maintain New England’s rich history while integrating state-of-the-art roofing technology into its homes.
