Node, MongoDB, Docker, JavaScript, Angular Sensa is an Icelandic IT solution service provider. I'm the only software developer in the company. I'm working on two products and lots of small side projects related to billing. Project 1 is a corporate directory with presence information. The node backend has a few roles. 1. Get and update employee information from Active Directory 2. Subscribe to presence updates on Cisco Jabber and update on all web clients. 3. Receive wifi connect/disconnect info from Cisco wifi system so we can see who is in-house 4. Handle custom presence statuses (away from office/sick/vacation) and call forward updates on phones and make sure to reset them. Front end is an Angular application using i18n and Angular Material. Project 2 is a contact center wallboard and supervisor module. The node back end subscribes to Cisco Contact Center Express CTI service and handles all CTI messages to gather call data and agent states that are then displayed on a wallboard which is an Angular front end. Billing related side projects involve getting data from REST api services and write them to our MsSQL billing database. One of the api services I'm getting data from is Dynamics CRM in O365. Another one gets information about our customers with subscriptions we manage in O365 from the Crayon api https://www.crayon.com/. The third one gets backup subscription info for email and Share Point from SkyKick api https://www.skykick.com/.

Cisco CollaborationContact CenterVMWareUCS servers Sensa is an Icelandic IT solution service provider. Sensa has a team of 9 Collaboration engineers. My role is to do and manage new installations of Cisco Collaboration systems and offer professional services with maintaining, managing and upgrading the systems.I'm the technical lead for the Cisco Contact Center Express solution. My main role is designing, implementing and maintaining call flows, teach Supervisors how to use the reporting tool and create custom reports.I am also the technical lead for the Verint Verba recording solution. I have installed, upgraded and maintained multiple recording systems, both connected to Cisco systems and Skype for Business. The new installation process for a Cisco Collaboration system includes: System design Hardware staging and installation VMWare installation Deploy server instances and installing software on VMWare. Install and configure voice gateways (Cisco 29xx routers) and handle communications with service providers for both SIP and ISDN connections Design and implement call routing Configure phones and users Install and configure additional services, such as Cisco Jabber chat client, Contact Center call flow and more.

Avaya IP Telephony Nyherji, currently Origo, is an Icelandic IT solution service provider. In this short time I became the Contact Center technical lead for Avaya Contact Center solutions while also helping with other telephony related tasks. There was no clear focus on Contact Centers from Avaya at this time, I worked on the built in basic agent routing and two different 3rd party products and there were plans to switch focus to a 3rd product sometime in the next two years.

Routing, MPLS, Telephony, Vodafone is an Icelandic ISP and Telephony service provider.I started out as an intern working at the Operation Center, monitoring core systems and installing and debugging ADSL internet connections for end customers. I moved to the MPLS team where I configured routers and core paths for customer network connections. I helped with designing and implementing corporate Internet and MPLS networks for customers, both corporate and individuals. Network connections offered by Vodafone are both xDSL and fiber. I took a course studying GSM networks and started working on installing core connections for the Vodafone GSM network and also helped with installing ISDN telephony connections. While working at Vodafone I worked on a few private side projects using PHP and MySQL to help me make my job easier. Some of them were then used by the whole company.I made a website that connected to a few systems combining information from them in a one stop shop for all DSL related tasks required for staging and debugging internet connections for individuals. This required using SNMP to query the DSLAM system for port status and using SSH to connect to Cisco routers to get radius config and login status. I also built a website where field technicians could view and manage their day to day tasks
