As consultant and researcher along with 17 fellow Master students I performed commissioned research for Dutch companies in Southeast Asia. During the summer of 2016 I conducted field research in Malaysia and Indonesia to gain market insights for the international expansion strategy of a Dutch family business.The International Research Project (IRP) is the largest project of the Marketing Association Amsterdam (MAA). With great pleasure and success, it has been conducting research all over the world since 1990. Commissioned by Dutch companies, eighteen highly talented students with different educational backgrounds and in the final phase of their studies, go abroad to explore the opportunities of a foreign market. Writing my Master Thesis at Deloitte Technology Consulting for the Enterprise Content Management team. Conducting a qualitative research within five different organizations using a multiple-case design about the use of Enterprise Social Media (ESM). Knowledge-intensive organizations face many obstacles when introducing ESM platforms. My research addresses these problems and analyses solutions for successful ESM adoption.
