I manage scheduling, administrative tasks, event coordination, and organization.

A team of youth and I worked together with OASIS of Boulder to develop a paid youth program. The program served the purpose of helping local LGBT+ youth be directly involved in their communities with a particular focus on getting them involved in their political climate. The people in this group were under the voting age and wanted to still be involved politically. Many youths from the group were able to reach out and start programs at their schools, meet their political affiliates, and host a home for open conversation and growth. The program still continues to this day.Throughout the process I brainstormed the legislative pieces. I interviewed faculty and youth applicants. I also developed some projects to help get attendees started on community involvement. Finally, I spoke at various schools in the district to get publicity for YAC and have a variety of students from the school district come in.

Coordinated marketing and development. Worked through inviting countless speakers, sponsors, workshop leaders that fit the theme of having a conference for LGBT+ youth to feel safe, educated and involved.

Each week Warrior TV publishes an episode for Centaurus High School to show announcements, skits, current events and keep the students up-to-date on their school and community.I acted, edited, produced and finalized everything for the program. My team appointed me project manager each week to assure our community got everything they needed to know without boring overwhelming them. Since High Schooler's aren't easy to please it was a challenge. To this day this has been my favorite project to have managed and I loved having the pleasure of sitting down with my team and peers and being satisfied with my work and the work of my team.I developed advanced skills in public speaking, group leading, video/photo recording and editing, working in high pressure environment, broadcast media and public relations.

This was a huge opportunity and promotion I received through Warrior Television. After seeing my success, Project YES approached me and asked me to create and run advertisements and announcements for them. After some time I joined their program and worked in a team to create a festival. The LafayEPIC festival was fully run by students and had approximately 400 attendees. For the festival my main purpose was to run all social media, keep the team's schedule and complete the public relations work. I learned how to write Press Releases and how to contact other media to advertise our event. I worked in a team outside of promotions where I worked solo. At the end of the program I had the honor to perform in the festival singing and ukulele but also emceeing (and it is somewhat awkward to introduce yourself to the stage.)
