As the Senior Operations Analyst, here at Extension, I work tirelessly to ensure Extension is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible while utilizing our internal technologies to their fullest potential. I am the first line of support for all internal technology systems such as our ATS/CRM, VOIP system, analytics and automation platforms, the Microsoft Office suite, and general computer troubleshooting. I am deeply involved in all technology implementations as well as training and continuous learning. I pull reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, and ad hoc as needed. I also handle many Sales Support/Operation tasks such as quality assurance checks across our ATS, job boards, and website, job posting, initiating reference checks, outbound marketing, and more. I work hand in hand with dealers to provide functionality and aesthetics within their dealership website.I provide ongoing training and support to my dealers, as well as physical maintenance of their websites to ensure that their site says up to date. I work directly with graphics, user functionality, search engine rankings, lead generation, and online order generation. I also assist with suggestions on how the dealers can get the most out of their online dealership presence.
