Kevin is an experienced urban designer with over 14 years combined experience in both the private and public sectors. A registered architect and certified planner, he most recently led the strategic alignment of all initiatives, programs, and special projects as Deputy Commissioner of the City of Atlanta Department of City Planning before joining Toole Design Group as Director of Urban Design Southeast to focus on his true passion: the design and creation of exceptional public spaces for all people and their impact on the affordability, sustainability, and experience of the cities they serve. Kevin is a northwest Ohio native but has lived in Atlanta for over 20 years. He received his Masters of Architecture and Masters of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008. Outside of his work, Kevin enjoys camping with his family, running and biking to explore Atlanta’s neighborhoods, and pretending to be a rock star on his guitar.
