Initially focused on strengthening the UK-based sales operation by establishing long-term strategic objectives, completely overhauling the marketing, cutting costs, implementing a new price structure, and diversifying the customer base.Restoring profitability and confidence on the sales side then allowed the focus to shift to production in Thailand. Despite complex stakeholder relationships, was able to drive an overdue restructuring of the factory: Helped recruit and direct a new leadership team, a suite of basic reporting was implemented, and outsourcing partnerships were established. Productivity has increased and pricing accuracy has improved dramatically, providing a much more sustainable and effective source of supply.

• Identified and supported an opportunity to utilize voluntary offset credits valued at over $30-70 million as an incentive to drive commitment from Chinese counterparties on N2O abatement (13-14 million tons of CO2e)• Provided point-of-view analyses on step-out topics related to innovation and sustainability: Green/blue hydrogen & ammonia, renewable natural gas, green electricity, geothermal energy, (biodegradable) PBAT, bio-based nylons, 5G, China Emission Trading Scheme (ETS), and EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).• Created financial models evaluating opportunities in bio-adipic acid and bio-based nylons, and initiated an effort to align management on biotech opportunities.• Supported a hold-value analysis of North American facilities and financial evaluation of multiple expansion opportunities (US and China).
