I specialise in licensing and registration, licensing exams , genuine team re/builds, mentorship, process improvement, time saving, money saving and more. More so, I understand the importance and relevance of regulation, having experience in healthcare and building regulation in Canada. A favourite in my last role as a process improvement specialist was actualizing a strategic plan, helping my team surpass our goals, getting into the nitty gritty of complex processes and finding ways to work smart. I got to learn complex bylaws in building regulation and build effective processes and policies for a new regulator in Ontario. Thanks HCRA! Previously, in my role as Manager - Exams for CAPR I was responsible for the Physiotherapy Competency Examination to determine readiness for safe, effective and independent physiotherapy practice in Canada. In that role I wore many hats; a leader, a mentor, a manager, a data analyst, an administrator, an event planner and so much more.
