Project eliminated hundreds of redundant and unused programs and reports, and modernized approximately 100 reports. Initiatives leveraged new technology introduced in project and resulted in lower project costs and faster time to delivery. - Managed ongoing support and maintenance of reporting tools and data warehouse. - Managed projects for data and reporting ranging in size from small (240 hours) to medium (5,000 hours).
