Working with the Development Director, I projected fundraising targets using a historical analysis gathered from database information in order to meet a $1m+ fundraising target on an annual basis. • As project manager for fundraising campaigns, I oversaw the execution of project deadlines, roles, and targets. • As Salesforce Administrator, I optimized the CRM database and related systems for the automation of activities to facilitate donor communication, identification, and cultivation. • Created reports and figures to demonstrate team successes. • Managed the implementation of Pardot and maintained responsibility for creating lists and automatic processes that synced with the Salesforce database. • Maintained database and track activities across departments as well as to import donation information and perform data clean up. • Designed and implemented a workflow for new donors to place them into a Pardot Engagement Series. • Created tools for and trained new users on database best practices.
