• Developed visual representations of various orientations of Al and InAs with visualization for electronic and structural analysis (VESTA).Devised scripts using MATLAB to find optimal interfaces between two dissimilar.
• Sputtered various compositions of thin NbTi films. Developed a process to find the optimal composition of NbTi that exhibits superconductivity. Work presented at Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics (CUWiP).

• Analyzed the interface between Al and InAs with transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). TEM images and AFM scans were used to investigate the accuracy of our MATLAB strain simulation.
• Became familiar with sample preparation and processes that pertained to focused ion beam/scanning electron microscope (FIB/SEM) and TEM.
• Developed and tested electron beam lithography, development and etching parameters in order to fabricate Josephson junctions.

Greater New York City Area

• Developed a framework for fabrication of silicon photonic crystal.Constructed an AutoCAD file of the photonic crystal with varying arrays. The AutoCAD file was later used to construct a photomask.
• Optimized recipes in photolithography, development, and etching in order to achieve the desired parameters.
• Trained on CUNY ASRC NanoFabrication Facility equipment and processes.
