Project managed the build-out of @Home retail stores; responsible for managing the scope of work, developing the schedule, phase management, quality control, coordinating design teams and vendors, managing client relations, project reporting and successful project delivery.

Manager / Owner, I founded this company and was responsible for ensuring all operations. Securing financing for all projects and managed a team of 12. I organized outside vendors including architects, engineers, and contractors. Projects required coordinating with City Planning on permitting and sign-off. A total of 18 properties were redeveloped and sold, including a four unit apartment block that required an additional story, and all were completed on time, on budget and sold at a profit.
