Develops, administrates, and promotes projectsQualifications:Certified professional with the ability to understand, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-level switched and routed networks. Detail-oriented with the temperament to troubleshooting and resolve customer issues in a calm and empathetic manner. Has strong communication, leadership and management skills, in addition to excellent customer service skills and the ability to assist and train end-users. Possesses relevant industry certification or equivalent experience, strong computer skills and proficiency with business applications.
