I worked for almost 4 years as a Logistics professional for the Guarulhos Airport Concessionaire, in its Cargo Terminal in the areas of Export and Import. This experience enabled direct contact with all members involved in the clearance of imported and exported cargo, such as import and export companies, carriers, cargo agents, customs brokers, airlines and inspectors from regulatory agencies such as MAPA, ANVISA and auditors of the Federal Revenue of Brazil. By relating to these different spheres, I was able to acquire a comprehensive view of all activities, which together combined form the supply chain for these operations.I had as main activities, data collection of the used WMS, filtering of data using the tool MS Excel, elaboration of performance reports, establishment of metrics and presentation of operational results to the coordination of the sector.
