With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, 10 as the General Manager of a Toyota dealership, I have a passion for great salesmanship and superior service. I have an extensive knowledge of automobiles, more specifically Toyota, and an excellent track record in customer relationship management and profit maximization in car dealerships. As a General Manager, I have received multiple awards for profit growth and customer service, including the Toyota President's Award, Toyota Board of Governor's Award, AutoNation President’s Award, and AutoNation Board of Governor’s Award. I have also been awarded for overall dealership improvement by winning AutoNation’s Most Improved Pre-Owned, Service, and PreTax for a Large Store and Sonic Automotive’s Most Improved Store in the Texas Region.I have years of dealer-specific as well as general manager training.
